Patients 11 years old and under
Tele-health assessment
(Complimentary, no charge)
- It takes less than 5 minutes to upload photos of your child’s teeth. The photos and information you provide are kept strictly confidential
- Dr Lim will personally review these photos and make an orthodontic assessment
- Dr Lim will email you a preliminary assessment. If your child would benefit from early orthodontic treatment you will be provided with a quote and invited into the clinic to have X-rays and to get started with treatment
Patients over 12 years old
In-clinic assessment
$180 (under 21 years) or $210 (over 21 years)
- Attend our clinic and have orthodontic records taken including intraoral photographs, an X-ray (OPG) and Lat Ceph and our 3D Digital Smile impression
- Discuss your orthodontic concerns with Dr Donna Lim
- Receive a detailed diagnosis and treatment plan options
- Our Treatment Coordinator will walk you through our interest-free payment plan options and book your appointments to get started
